Merry Christmas, y’all! Barnaby here wanting to wish you a fantastic end of the year and the best foot forward into the next from everyone here at Tabletop Tea Party!
We’re gearing up several projects as we speak, with more merch over at Amazon sure to drop in the next few months. Also remember to check under Adventuring Journals for more Ass of Ages chapter uploads. Due to real-world constraints, that’s the only TTRPG campaign we’ve been able to regularly play. I promise to be more consistent with the uploads this up coming year, with a new chapter dropping every other Friday.
Meanwhile, the art’s been popping off over on our Instagram, which you can check out here. Going to be experimenting with more reels and comics instead of focusing all the art on our TTRPG characters (though there’ll be plenty of those, I promise)! Steve and I are also going to be making getting our YouTube account fully off the ground a priority. What’ll it be about? Either just us shooting the shit or him narrating comics I draft up looks like the direction we’re heading.
That being said, a large chunk of my time will be taken up by me looking for representation for one of the two books I wrote over the course of the past two years. Not gonna lie, querying suuuuuucks, and each rejection always feels like a bullet to the heart. But I can’t let the fear of it keep me paralyzed. Most agents are closed to queries right now because of the holidays, but I’m gonna put my detective glasses on and make sure I’m first in line once submissions reopen.
“Productive” is how I wanna end up describing 2024.
(Though I wouldn’t say no to “life-changing” ;D)
